My weight is 86 kg. I had a lot of physical difficulties so what I chose was physical work and I thought it was the gym and that was Monster Gym I used to dread going to the gym like everyone else, too much weight, too much diet, too much stress, too much extra trouble, but with the same result, I joined Monster Gym. First I told master about my age and my physical ailments. Master understood my ailments and gave me proper exercise. It's been three months now and I feel that my body is very fit and healthy. I will continue this further.
