Honest Review after 2.5 months Pros: 1. Location is prime 2. They have all the equipment required for beginner to pro 3. Trained and experienced staff to assist everyone. They correct the forms for general clients even. 4. Their personal training sessions are really good and balanced 5. No supplement pushing 6. Gym is clean always 7. They have 4 AC and sufficiently maintain the temperature inside the gym. 8. Audio system is top notch and they play good English and Tamil playlist 9. Ample parking space 10. Absolute value for money Cons: 1. There can be a few more cardio equipment options No other cons according to me I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the gym to all beginners and professionals.
