First and foremost I want to thank Brindha mam, the senior instructor in sathya sai yoga center. I recently moved to the US and have wrecked my metabolism and hormones due to food and climate changes. Then I joined this yoga institute and Brindha mam has helped me tremendously. She motivated me and made sure that I regularly attend the classes. She also personally curated a meal plan for me and I've been doing weight loss yoga for the past two months.
