Lioness - Exclusive Ladies gym (Palayamkottai)

It's the best gym in Tirunelveli. I enjoyed very much while doing exercises here. My personal trainer Ambuja is very supportive and kind. I had knee pain. She modified exercises according to my requirement and encouraged me to complete the work out without pain. Thanks to all who made it possible to enjoy my time in the gym.

Exclusively for Women is very convenient to do workouts. Very friendly trainers to work with! A neat and clean ambiance. Trainers are very supportive to encourage us in our weight loss journey.

There was no toilet paper inside the restroom and the stream room was not working in this branch... Diet chart was not given properly... There is no cleanliness in gym and has no proper ventillation...

I joined here for weight loss and i lost 6kgs in three months with the help of my trainer Miss.leela. she's very friendly and well trained physiotherapist. the gym is well equipped and comfortable for workout. best fitness center for women in Palayamkottai.

I feel like I should share my whole story with this place to really describe how much it has changed my life. but long story short: it's really good, especially for the price and I highly recommend it and the trainers are great. long story: I joined this gym on April 2023. At that time, I was in 9th grade, 156 cm and weighed 73 kg. Fast forward to October 2023, 6 months later, I am in 10th grade, 156 cm and weigh 58 kg. Words cant really describe how I felt about myself and how I feel about myself now. I went on and off everyday, no longer than 1 or so hour. Of course, I made the hard-work and effort to loose this weight but obviously, this would've been impossible without this gym. The equipments are sufficient, the dietary advice is great, the personal training is great and the environment is super friendly. I wanna give a special mention to my personal trainer, Anusiya in this regard. Being a great trainer as a whole is one thing, being well educated in the regards of exercises and all, but its another to be a friendly and funny person that makes you genuinely feel great and happy in the gym. I've battled with my social skills when i was younger because of my physical appearance and demeaner but I find it awestrucking that 12 rupees for a one year pack made me both more appreciative of my new body but also more social simply by how great my, heck, all trainers in the gym are. I highly highly suggest you take on this gym for a supportive and friendly environment that can also develop yourself as a better person if you are not happy with your body or just health conscious. (the AC is great too, thats another thing)

One of the best gym in the Tirunelveli for ladies and this is the most comfortable place for workout my trainers Dr Anita and Anusiya are more supportive for me to keep my physical and mental fitness. They analyse me and give workout according to my capacity my journey in the lioness is truely transformative

It has been one month already since I joined...nd I seriously got mingled up with everyone very quickly.. especially the trainer,she takes care and train the clients very well... TOTALLY the gym is amzng!!!
