I've had an amazing experience at this gym, thanks to fitness trainer Inniya! She's incredibly motivating, knowledgeable, and always tailors workouts to suit individual goals. Her positive energy makes every session enjoyable.

I visited Slam Fitness a month ago to inquire about membership and was shocked at the lethargic and arrogant attitude of the front desk staff, Gayathri. Hoping things would be different, I went back yesterday to start a 3-month membership, but her behavior was even worse. Her voice was rude, she was not at all courteous, and instead of helping, she kept arguing and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. She seemed more interested in "winning" arguments than serving customers, which only made her look unprofessional and annoying. Shockingly, she herself admitted to having a big attitude problem. Such behavior is unacceptable for a front desk staff who represents the gym. Definitely not the kind of welcome or professionalism one expects from a fitness center.

This is the best gym in Trichy. Good atmosphere, spacious well equipment and well trained trainers. The way they are approaching the client is good, especially trainer ENIYA is so so good the way she treat her client is so polite and motivating. The best place to women to start there fitness goal
