Mc Fit DAILY BURN OUT

I had purchased a 5-month plan at this gym but could attend only for 15 days due to personal reasons. After that, I couldn't continue for the remaining period. When I returned later to collect the belongings I had left at the gym, my lower and shoes were given back, but my T-shirt was missing. Since I had hardly used my membership, I requested if they could extend my plan by at least 2 months as a goodwill gesture. It wouldn't have caused them any loss, but they still refused without any cooperation or concern for customer satisfaction. The gym's management is unhelpful, the environment is not friendly, and even basic cooperation is missing. Based on my experience, I will never recommend anyone to go....
