Lifeline fitness is not just any gym , its positive environment is what makes it extraordinary. With 2 time (2005 and 2007) Mr.India winner - Thilak Ramachandran as the trainer , he helps people understand what's required for themselves , this individual attention given to everyone in the gym along with its imported and extremely unique equipments , this gym is without doubt the best in trichy !!! 5 stars don't do this any justice , it deserves a lot more than that !!

I go to this gym not to workout but to have fun . I have been a reagular at this gym for about 8 months and I have reduced my weight from 99Kg to 79Kg during this period . The Gym is never crowded as there are only maximum of 5 people at any given time and each person is given individual attention (Really!). The ambience of the place is great and the trainers are top notch and they keep you accountable . Equipment at the gym is first class (Injury free equipment ). The speakers at the gym is great and it is not loud so you can use your own headphones . It has a locker area where you can keep your things and the place is very clean and hygenic . I would definitely recomend this gym to anyone in the area.
