I have been here for 3 months. My trainer HEM assisted me for a weight loss challenge & gave a personalised diet chart. Now I can clearly see the changes in my body. Our gym is well maintained with good equipments. Daily they are cleaning entire gum to maintain cleanliness. Thanks for Hem for assisting me. He is too friendly and knowledgeable, creating a motivating and supportive environment for members.

I noticed that the gym was very dirty, and the machines and equipment were not maintained properly, which poses a risk for injury. Additionally, the air conditioning was not functioning adequately, and the audio system was subpar and I believe the gym is primarily focused on collecting personal training fees and does not offer adequate cardio facilities. Additionally, the cardio equipment is not air-conditioned. I would suggest considering another gym for a better experience, even though they not properly open at time as they stated..

I have been trained by Mr.Hem sudesh. It's been one month and I can already see the changes. Excellent atmosphere to workout,safe for women, experienced trainers, overall a must visit.

One of the best gym in Thiruvanaikovil and Srirangam area. They have best equipments and required cardio machines. They give proper training and diet plan. Trainers are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended
