Vikram is an experienced and knowledgeable trainer. He customises workouts based on the clients physical condition and makes it interesting. I look forward to the sessions. That one hour of workout keeps me furled throughout the day. I have been training for two months now and I am able to see visible differences already. My sleep quality has improved. Above all he doesn't let you quit a session. Pulls you even if you are planning to bunk the class. Overall a positive experience and I would definitely recommend him and Activate fitness to friends and family.

I quitted this gym because it was advertised as an air conditioned , but unfortunately, the AC is never switched on ,even during peak hours or hot weather. It gets extremely uncomfortable while working out, which defeats the purpose of choosing a gym with air conditioning. I do appreciate the cleanliness and maintenance of the space, they keep it neat and hygienic, which is commendable. And the trainers also friendly. Please take action regarding this.

Good experience in gym, they give a workout card based on your BMI. Trainers plan your excercise and guide you well. Gym is clean and has all machines. Good place to stay fit!
