Been an active member of this gym from 2016.. Very good trainers who know things about work outs. Located in main area of Tiruchengode town with car parking. AC and sound sound systems make it a luxury gym.. Recommend for both men and women..

Has pretty gud number of equipments. Trainers are gud. There is no personal training as of now(july'17).
