For someone like me who has been in the fitness industry for more than 13 years, i can confidently tell that this is probably one of the best gyms I have been in this country. If you live in the region and if fitness is in your mind, do visit them once and you won't look further. The infrastructure of this gym is quite commendable - the space, state/variety of the equipments, and maintenance of the same all contribute to it. Full credits to - Ashok (Gym owner), - Pavitra (Front office head), - Jithin (Gym manager/Calisthenics) and - Praveen (Quality manager/Trainer) for running this show at this level and their never dying enthusiasm to achieve the ultimate customer satisfaction. Do converse with them if you get a chance, they are one of nicest and down-to-earth people you'll meet there. Together, as a management team, the standards they set are truly commendable. And unlike many other gyms in all of coimbatore, customer feedbacks are being promptly addressed, and proactively handled in a way that you would most likely never have a negative complaint for them. Speaking of their trainers, though I go with my own training plan and never really needed their workout regime; with casual conversations over fitness with them, i can say for sure that they can cater to any type/level of fitness you currently are in. Beginners to Elite athletes - No problem. Though there are like 5-6 trainers throughout the day, I have personally met Praveen, Jithin, and Murshid(Head couch). And each one of them are holistically inclined towards fitness unlike the usual gym trainers you see; their eagerness to learn new things without having an ego of a trainer and their collective knowledge in their own fields are quite respectable. All together a great package. Hope Sailorman continues to reach more heights, and push the fitness industry standards of our state - Above & Beyond All the very best.

I was a member for around an year. A very spacious gym, clean and well maintained gym. Trainers are friendly. There is ample parking space.

I recently joined [The sailors man ], and I must say it's been a fantastic experience so far. The overall ambiance of the gym is very motivating and energizing, creating a great atmosphere to work out. The facilities are top-notch, well-maintained, and equipped with everything I need for a comprehensive workout. What stands out the most is the coaching. The trainers are not only highly knowledgeable but also very approachable and supportive. They take the time to understand individual goals and provide personalized guidance, which has been extremely helpful in my fitness journey. Overall, I'm really impressed with everything and looking forward to continuing my workouts here. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a professional, welcoming, and well-equipped gym!

I'm a group training member. I don't like to do Individual workouts. I'm here for cause just because they have a separate dedicated big floor for Functional Training. It's very spacious. Not congested. No sweating smell as they have AC. You can do all workouts freely without being entangled with other gym member. :). Coming to the sessions No boredom workouts. No painful workouts. Just have fun and fitness here @thesailormanfitness_

The place is well maintained and the equipments are world class with steam bath . They give personal care for all and train us to our best. The ambience will make us workout rigorous

The SailorMan The Fitness Captain. I've never ever experienced such a gym here in Coimbatore. I went to plenty of gyms in and around but this is the best. Loaded full with equipment both for CrossFit as well as strength machine. They have everything here. I would highly recommend for all. Uniqueness: Form Correction, Ambience & training. Gym space & equipment.
