I've had a great experience with this gym. In particular, my trainer Naveen has been excellent -- he follows up regularly and customizes the workouts based on my progress and adaptability. He also conducts periodic weight checks and follows up on my diet, which keeps me consistent and motivated. I've noticed significant improvements in my strength and stamina, and I really like how he adjusts the exercises according to my progress and recovery. The gym environment feels energetic, positive and comfortable for women. I would definitely recommend this gym and personal training from Naveen!
