Trainers like Sarath, Siva, Abinash and Senthil are more knowledgeable person, helps and motivates the people all the time. It's depends on the people how they are approach for training. Front office Dhanalakshmi and Gayathri are explained the offers with proper information about traiff and showcase the gym initially. Very good and neat service. Thanks Team.

I've been working out at various gyms in the Madipakkam & Pallikaranai area for the past four years, and this is by far the best one! The gym is exceptionally clean, well-equipped, and professionally managed, creating the perfect environment for fitness enthusiasts. The trainers here are knowledgeable, sensible, and genuinely invested in members' fitness journeys. A special mention to Esther, the lady trainer, who stands out not just for her warmth and politeness but also for her exceptional expertise as a trained physiotherapist and gym coach. The other trainers and the floor manager are equally dedicated and helpful, making workouts both productive and enjoyable. Joined this gym a month ago. Really the gym is fully equipped with very good equipments. All the trainers are helpful and friendly in nature. Trainer siva gives excellent training with various methods. He also gives proper guidance in all the aspects including diet plan and I personally enjoy in my fitness journey here.

I love going to Athics Gym in S.Kolathur and have been working out here every day for the past two months since I joined on 1st May 2025 (Sundays are for recovery!! :) ). The facilities are excellent - clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything you need for strength training, cardio, and overall fitness. The atmosphere is motivating and friendly, making it easy to stay consistent with your workouts. I'd especially like to personally vouch for my Trainer Mr. Anand - his guidance, energy, and expertise have truly made a difference in my fitness journey. Highly recommend this gym and Anand as a trainer to anyone looking for a serious, supportive fitness environment and a buddy!

Athics fitness s.kolathur GYM is truly Great in ambience and attractive. I joined in the May 2024, going since the inception of this branch. The equipment is meticulously maintained, ensuring a seamless workout experience every time. I got Mr. DHANA SHEKAR as my trainer. He is more than just an instructor; he is very good mentor, motivator, humorous and confidant at fitness. Fitness Coach Dhana Shekar is soft spoken and having great experience. He corrects me, clearing the all the doubts about workouts. Other Trainers Shiva and Sarath also so helpful and supportive. Regarding Hygiene and cleanliness, they are doing best. The locker rooms are well-appointed, equipped with showers and grooming essentials. My experience here is encouraging With its top-notch equipment, knowledgeable staff, and welcoming atmosphere.
