Today, I went shopping at Trends, but the customer service was terrible. I called out to a salesgirl, and she noticed me, but instead of responding, she continued chatting with another salesgirl. She looked at me twice, but still didn't come to help me. That was my first and last shopping experience at Trends.

Last week I purchased 4 pants from trends showroom. In this one pant stitching is very poor. We prefer this shop mainly for quality but I didn't expect this. So check completely before you purchase any dress from the trends showroom. Showroom landline number is not working.

Many people like the discounts and combo offers, especially on brands like DNMX, Netplay, and Performax. Staff is mostly helpful, and trial rooms are clean. People enjoy shopping here because they find latest styles at reasonable prices. It's a nice option for casual and daily wear. But sometimes, there are issues with size availability, especially for plus sizes. Also, clothing quality depends on the brand. Branded items like Lee Cooper or Killer are strong and last long. But some budget ones like DNMX may fade or lose shape after washing 2-3 times. Some customers also faced billing mistakes, coupon problems, or even damaged clothes. A few said that staff behaviour was not good at certain stores, especially during rush hours. Pros: stylish designs, low price, family shopping, good discounts Cons: average quality for some items, size issues, sometimes poor service Overall, Reliance Trends is a good place for trendy, budget-friendly clothes, but if you want high quality, better to choose top brands.

Latest designer is available in trends. Liva is the major contribution. But expect still more varieties

Collections were poor on offer days...no drinking water availble...which was a basic amenity for customers..staff wwere negligent and not caring..though collection were good on new arrival on normal days..also they were chucking us out as if we are here simply for roaming here and there.. which they cannot do for the customers
