We visited SRM hotel on 2nd Oct 2025 for lunch and we found it to be good in terms of service and food. It was a pleasant surprise that a meal is served right from starters to Dessert. The dessert shahi Tukra was excellent. The bread was fried well and the rabdi was in the right consistency. The boys serviced vry well. Overall we had a very good experience.
Breakfast need to be ready in right time. Room furniture are need to be update/ repair. I am very happy with Mr.Siluvai(receptionist)service. All waiter and waitress are very kindness to all customers.I am really appreciate to your services. Thank you so much to all of you.
1 review is because iam stayed in room 111 the bathroom door is directly hitting on the glass fixed inside bathroom ,without any door stopper ,if we damaged it, we want to replace or to rectify it,if you are with kids its not safe Room service & location everything is good
Booked for 3adults and 1 children clearly mentioning. But they had only 2 bed rooms only and it's compact and they gave extra bed which as to be placed on floor without proper place. Premier sea view mentioned, but from window no sea view directly. Food and service was good.
A quiet hotel near the fishing harbour at Thoothukudi. Hotel rooms on one side face the harbour with great views. The other side just faces the city with nothing much. Rooms are clean with adequate maintenance. Some rooms may need civil work as the walls adjacent to the bathroom have started to show damping on the side of the rooms. Amenities in the rooms are adequate but could have been better. Rooms are decently priced with a free breakfast buffet for all guests. However, the buffet items are predictable and don't often change. Food quality is good and hygienically prepared. However the menu is very limited and could have been better. Also, very expensive like a bottle of water costs Rs. 60 which is 3 times the MRP. The parking is just about sufficient for this facility. The big cons of this hotel are the limited staff leading to the slowest service I have experienced and very expensive laundry which is more expensive than 5 star hotels. On the whole, the hotel is worth staying at. However, be prepared for slow service and expensive menus and other services.
