As long as I say the first to be noted is the reasonable price, there are very few gym that provide this kind of service in this affordable price. The trainer is friendly and he got a lot to teach and guide, even other participants also friendly nature it creates a great environment in our own fitness career. The equipments is of good quality and there is no shortage in equipments like dumbbells, barbell rods, weight discs, benches, mats, etc I have working out here lately it's been great time and the most important is the trainer is not blindly training he asks for suggestions and personel opinions to the students, by that the whole process is getting to the next level of success
