Well maintained air-conditioner gym in heart of Thoothukudi city with Lockers, Fitting Room and Rest Room facilities. Overall very clean and hygiene Fitness Center equipped with imported gym machines. Trainers were well trained and friendly people's.

This is a fantastic gym!! I train here 5-6 times a week and the consistent amazing personal trainers, amazing music and the participants taking the class make for the perfect workout environment. All the trainers are very nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you are at. I love how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I have surgery on my right leg. I have only been practicing for a short time and already I see a huge difference in the condition of my legs and feet. My first experience with Gym and was not disappointed!

A very good fitness centre Located at a prime facility which is easy to access. Gym equipments are of good standard. The trainers and support staff helpful and well mannered. There is separate timings for the women .
