Well! I have been in trichy for more than 15 years but I have never seen a gym with low cost and best work out equipment, I have been training myself in a gym called tall walkers (vita gym currently) which is hell as expensive! But here it is very workout friendly and it has separate floors for cardio and heavyweights... Personally I really like this gym!

The gym has cardio equipment in one floor and strength training in another. The trainers are very professional and supportive. I joined gym to strengthen the body for all the marathons I run. Good guidance and motivation from the trainers. Air conditioning, Parking, rest rooms, and change rooms are available. Almost 7K for a yearly membership. Instructors train and encourage to participate in power lifting competitions in and around Trichy. Not much group activities, overall a good one.
