This is the awesome gym in Thiruvarur. Best environment for having a perfect workouts there. Food courts with more menu for dietary which more helpful. Trainers are willing to helping for our workouts. Worthy for the membership.

I recently Joined here.So Far my experience is really nice.My Coach Miss.Praba is very cooperative and kind.Those equipments are well maintained.And those who want to lose extra fats should join to this gym to have an desired abs and curves.
