This gym is good.. Good infrastructure. The instructor is kind and gave me good training. They are many machines to do workout. Very much suitable for women like us as it is only for women. Getting better results compared to other gym. And they are providing yoga too which is a added advantage.
Very worst gym and gym trainer I have ever seen. I haven't seen such a disrespectful person ever in my life.
