This is unisex gym comes with powerlifts machines. There are 3 trainers available. The floor comes with rubber matts not slippery. You can train and workout with all instruments no restrictions. Overall a good experience with this gym and trainers.

A fantastic suite of classes taught by some passionate individuals. I started my personal training with Vakeesh, who is very passionate and professional. The 1:1 support and nutrition advice was tailored to my own goals which changed my health and physique. It is worth every penny and you absolutely get what you pay for. The PT sessions and the common group classes give constant progression and focus, but are tailored to your own personal needs and goals. The environment always has a buzz, and the coaches are really engaging. They give you the motivation needed to push yourself to the next level. The classes iterate as well, with the mixture of strength and conditioning. Fantastic gym with high end equipment with top coaches.
