I quit this gym after going for a while. One of the very good gyms in erode having more than enough equipments and maintaining neat atmosphere. Trainer is very humble and attends everybody without any hesitation. Main reason for my quitting is the gym's members. No discipline is followed by most of them. Nobody re rack the weights dumbbells after using and throw them at everywhere. The trainer,instead of telling the members to place the weights/dumbbells at the rack, he himself re-arranging them that makes those members taking him for granted. And there is a group of 2-3 guys who think they own the gym. Grabbing the equipments while somebody's using, without even asking. If the gym doesn't correct this it'll loose more clients in the future.

This is the perfect place to train! I've been coming to Sailormen Gym for five years, and it just keeps getting better. They have a good selection of equipment. The master is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, making the atmosphere super motivating. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a good gym experience.

This is the first time am going for gym at the age of 47 yrs..after couple of months I too can build the muscle..even am coming here for around weekly 2 to 3 day only..its amazing.no personal trainer,protein powder promoting..just gym fees.now i paid yearly subscription.master is a humble human being,..thank god.am in right place.plz just come.u will feel a different atmosphere here.

This is perfect spot to train your body and for weight loss. I am the new member to the sailor men gym. Joined a moth ago and going good till now. Master is good and friendly to everyone. Equipment's are neat and clean. Overall good place to make your body fit...

Great gym with an amazing atmosphere! The coach is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about each member's progress. They take the time to correct form, motivate you, and tailor workouts to your fitness level. I've seen real improvement thanks to their guidance. Highly recommend!
