Ajva Fitness - Honest 6-Month Review I've been training at Ajva Fitness for the past six months under the guidance of Trainer Vijay, and I'm really happy with the progress. I work in the IT field and had been struggling with C7 nerve neck pain for quite some time -- visiting physiotherapy every week or month gave only temporary relief. When I joined, I explained my condition to Vijay, and he carefully planned my workouts to improve strength without aggravating my neck issue. In the beginning, I couldn't even do a single push-up -- now I can comfortably do 15 push-ups, which is a big achievement for me. The gym environment is clean, well-maintained, and motivating. The staff is friendly, and Vijay's attention to form and recovery really helped me gain confidence. Overall, I'd highly recommend Ajva Fitness -- especially if you're looking for a supportive trainer who listens to your body and helps you progress safely.

This place is one of the best gyms I have seen. They have a dedicated cardio section which has every machine that could be needed. Be it a treadmill, rowing machine, a bike, an elliptical machine you name it. They also have a dedicated weight section which is extremely well stocked. The lighting is also very nicely done. They also have machines that most gyms tend not to have. It was a pleasure working out here. Alongside the weight room, there is also a Zumba room. They have an outdoor section for exercise as well. A 20m stretch of artificial turf with some dumbbells, a good section for pull ups, gym balls etc. It is also a refreshing place to stretch and cool down after a workout. They have showers and water available on site, the washrooms are decent. They charge 300 rupees per visit , which I feel is very reasonable. The various other plans available can be enquired about on site. I'd definitely say it's worth a visit if you're a workout enthusiast visiting Sivakasi.
