I joined G-Fit in April 2025 and signed up for their Transformation package with the goal of losing fat and gaining muscle. It's been 1.5 months and I can already see improvement in my strength levels and endurance. I was also able to achieve inch loss and improve my muscle mass. Every 4 weeks a detailed assessment is done to measure progress through various metrics apart from weight. The team also keeps a track of my daily diet along with providing a sample meal plan. They have also helped me with food alternatives that align with my lifestyle and preferences. To make working out fun, they organise weekly challenges like kettlebell hold or balance board, that focus on a different skill levels. Sometimes there are group activities like jogging or walking which has been a great way to interact with the rest of the community. I have been to other gyms a few times in the past, and I have been dissappointed by the overcrowded spaces and would always worry about whether my form is correct. However, the trainers at G-Fit have been incredibly helpful. They check my form every now and then and also provide alternatives for excercises that don't suit my strength levels. A shoutout to trainers Dharshan, Arun and Kingslin who have been very approachable and encouraging throughout. The lead trainer and founder, Mr. Gowtham has been the biggest support of all - his personal attention to each person's goals and progress deserves a special mention. As a beginner, I am very happy with my decision to join G-Fit.

I've been training at GFit by Gowtham for 3 -4 months ,apart from bluking and weight loss you can take over the workouts which are fun, dynamic, and never feel repetitive from Tabata and dance to trekking and outdoor walks, there's always something new. Also monthly assessments to track progress which ll be great one to track ourselves where we are,helps to stay focused. Coach Gowtham and the trainers are friendly, approachable, and constantly motivate you to do your best. Whether you're a beginner or experienced, this place keeps you driven and on track.
