A solid yoga class that follows a fixed routine with breathing exercises/meditation at the beginning, followed by an extensively detailed warm up that targets all your muscles. After the warm up, she proceeds with asanas that improve certain aspects of your psychological and physical structure. She then ends with a wholesome and positive story that's supposed to teach morals whilst having you improve your posture. Overall, I believe the class was a beneficial experience. I find my day to be productive after completing this one hour session. Although some improvements like focusing more on the asanas instead of allowing the majority of the class to be taken up by the warm us could be made, the class was a beneficial experience to me physically. I was forced into this by my parents, but found it to be a fine experience.
