I have been training with Ramyaa for the past few months. She gave me training in pilates, calisthenics, running and strength training that really helped me in achieving my goals. Her knowledge about maintaining good health is really helping out a lot to stay fit. In addition she also gives nutrition diet plans for having good health. She made me feel like my goals are much more achievable than I had thought. I am happy and now more confident with myself. Thank you so much..
