Pros : 1. Flexibility training is good. 2. Average training suggestions. Cons : 1. No support for heavy Resistance training. 2. No diet prescribed. 3. Talk more and work less environment during morning sessions and evening till 7 pm , after that we can do focused workout. 4. Less business ethics. I have paid 1k for using thread mill but due to knee injury I used for 6 day , 20 mins each day so hardly 2 hrs but he charged 1000 rupees. 5. Abs workout suggestions by trainer is mainly focused on Rectus Abdominis and not on core like transversus abdominis, Internal/ external Obliques. Results high pressure on spine. Cumulative : If u have experience with professional trainer previously then this gym is suggested. For beginners will easily get rotator cuff/ wrist injury so don't try anything in this gym. Not preferable for beginners... Abs waste of time and money for beginners

Nice gym equipments, spacious but only one AC will run for entire gym that too for few hours. If you ignore that it will be a nice gym.
