He is well known and famous for this batch for giving such a amazing circuit workouts,HIT and strength training!! He train us making sure we attain our goal promptly! One of the beat trainer with proper knowledge to teach about workout and what is needed for particular person he will train accordingly! I am sure he is the bestest trainer in city!! I never worried fluctuating with weights when sathyan sir is there!! Fitness with knowledge-sathyan at FSF Fitness salem! A must highly recommended fitness centre in salem!!

FSF Fitness Center , which I had been searching for long time , finally the best sport fitness gym in salem . FSF is not like a normal gym , here coach SATHYA AND SABARI are really Qualified sport fitness trainers and knowledgeable and they know what the client wants and how should he/she be trained to get what they actually want for the healthy lifestyle , I suffered from lower back and wrist pain but now it's almost gone and now I'm happily waking up to get to gym without any pain and do all workout easily . Sathya makes the workout session really effective and help us know our strength and keep us confident and motivated .
