The Best Functional Fitness Gym, I've ever come across. Coach Mathy is a very friendly, strict and a knowledgeable coach but more than that he is a gem of a human being. The workouts are intense and if you just show up and are willing to put in the effort; results will follow. I've been working out for almost 2 years and I see a huge difference in my overall health and strength. Forever grateful and I'll continue to push my limit and raise the bar.

I joined Decafit at a friend's recommendation. As I suffer from spinal problem, going to a run of the mill gym wasn't my idea. But after I joined Decafit I found coach Mathi to be very knowledgeable and designed custom exercises for me. 2 1/2 years and still counting....
I have been training with Mathy of Decfit for 2 1/2 years now. What an amazing trainer!When I started off, I had told him that I would like to do only body weight training and not use free weights. I was pleasantly surprised. Not one session has been boring and every session ups a challenge a bit. My strength has improved so much that I have been able to easily transition from a 5 km run to a 10k run. I started out with a not so great posture and he has helped strengthen my back a result of which my posture has improved. He has taught me to engage several muscle groups. Major learnings have been how to use certain muscles that I didn't know I had and how small minor corrections or tweaks makes the exercise hard and more effective, working different muscle groups. I do online sessions and they themselves are amazing, so if at all possible I could train in person, I would never give it a second thought. His in-depth knowledge shows in the way he uses simple yet effective movements to improve any one of the 8 aspects of fitness. Some workouts are all round while some just work one muscle at a time. He is extremely patient and works with your areas of improvements. My daily functional strength has improved and daily chores have become easier. He also helps in ironing out any post workout muscle soreness and aches. He is a very versatile trainer who has trained not only me in my family but my parents as well. Post my mother's knee replacement surgery's rehab, he has helped her to get back to a decent level of fitness. Sessions are totally personalised. I find the sessions very engaging and I don't want to miss even one. And Oh! I still have to enter the realm of weights of which he is a master! Heartfelt gratitude to him for doing this kind of training.
