AI Treadmill Services and Gym Equipments Service Salem

Very disappointed with the treadmill service from this provider. Initially, he convinced me to buy replacement parts that weren't needed, and then tried hard to push other products like an elliptical and extra accessories. After supposedly "fixing" my treadmill, the same issue came back almost immediately. Since then, he's been completely unreachable. He rarely picks up calls, and when he does, he simply makes false promises about coming to fix things, but never shows up. I waited for weeks without any resolution or follow-up. Unreliable, dishonest, and only interested in selling more products. Would strongly recommend looking for a more professional and responsive technician. Avoid this service at all costs!

He will attend the first service and then leave you to do follow up for one month. You have to do 100 follow up calls for a service, he will commit for visit, but he won't show up for a month. I will never recommend him for any service. He doesn't live by his words

Poor quality work and overpriced service. Had to call multiple times for the same issue. Unprofessional behavior and no proper follow-up. Would not recommend.
