AI Treadmill Services and Gym Equipments Service Salem

Very disappointed with the treadmill service from this provider. Initially, he convinced me to buy replacement parts that weren't needed, and then tried hard to push other products like an elliptical and extra accessories. After supposedly "fixing" my treadmill, the same issue came back almost immediately. Since then, he's been completely unreachable. He rarely picks up calls, and when he does, he simply makes false promises about coming to fix things, but never shows up. I waited for weeks without any resolution or follow-up. Unreliable, dishonest, and only interested in selling more products. Would strongly recommend looking for a more professional and responsive technician. Avoid this service at all costs!

He will attend the first service and then leave you to do follow up for one month. You have to do 100 follow up calls for a service, he will commit for visit, but he won't show up for a month. I will never recommend him for any service. He doesn't live by his words

Poor quality work and overpriced service. Had to call multiple times for the same issue. Unprofessional behavior and no proper follow-up. Would not recommend.

After first service he doesn't pick the call and leaves you in limbo state. Never picks the call, never follows the commitment. Yet pushes for unwanted products. Worst service experience. Waited for more than one month for him. I don't recommend him for any service.

its fixed after lots of followup. Tired of his service and followup Contacted him on around jan 14th by seeing positive reviews in the google and got the reposonse, he checked my threadmill and informed the motherboard got spoiled and need to repair and took the mother board withim on 15th Jan and infomred it will cost 2500 rs to repair and send the same to him unfartunately he unable to retrive the mother board as its old and unable to get the parts so that he suggested he ll change new display along with mother board and it will cost around 6 to 7k and i agreed and asked him to proceed and requested him to keep the price as lower as possible but he unable to do that as well and hence i asked him to return the money i paid and following for more then month by now but he is not returning and top of that not atteneding the calls at all. after tons of calls he ll send voice note that he ll return money in 2 days but its been 2 weeks still i not received. his work might be good, but my case its one the bitter experience if any one ask me for threadmill service i never gonna refer him.
