I joined Moksha aim for weight loss 4 months ago. Riji mam my trainer has been very helpful and understanding. She provides different variations each which are equally effective so that all users can do them. Beginner and advanced variation for each excercise is provided . She is very patient and encouraging. What started as weight loss attempt turned out to be very beneficial my body pain has reduced and flexibility has increased. Diet plans are provided for each week and competitions to keep everyone motivated. Very innovative keeping the sessions engaged . I am really happy to have found this group and have even signed up for a year :)
