Equipment are good and enough... Water cane are available...non - ac... second floor.... morning 5:30am to 10am... evening 6pm to 9pm...No trainers for coaching...but daily comers will teach u...they are very friendly...new admission rs.500 for first month..monthly rs.400...ramnad la irukura neraya gym owners, inga train aanavanga than....
