I had a great experience learning yoga from Deepa ma'am ! I feel that other than just a teacher, she was more like a friend who was always ready to teach us no matter how much time it took. She identifies a person's health problems and gives the best solution by teaching the asanas to get rid of the health issue. The environment is very calm and peaceful and will certainly make you stress free. I would definitely recommend this to all the people who want to get rid of any health problems or just to reduce stress and anxiety caused due to their hectic schedules or work pressure . Happy teachers day to our beloved Deepa mam. I planned to post my comments on this special teachers day. It's been a month since I joined her classes.... First she studies each and every student's health conditions and gives asanas according to that.She increases the level in a very very disciplined way so that we don't fall sick because of the stretches... Also guides us regarding life style changes and simple home remedies that would relieve us from pain. She had also arranged for an online consultation with an ayurvedic Dr.Above all the asanas are taught in an authentic way. I could feel a great relief physically and mentally. Mrs. Deepa runs the centre is an excellent Yoga teacher and is a very sweet and humble person. She teaches us the asanas that suit our body conditions. Timings are very flexible. Online classes are also available. Fees is completely reasonable. She also teaches guided meditation and exercises like Trataka to improve focus. Not only a great teacher, she is also an amazing and fun person. Recently, we all took a one day trip organised by Mrs. Deepa ma'am and had the best time. I joined this Centre with many issues, like sleeplessness, back pain, anxiety, etc. I started sleeping soundly in just after 2 sessions. My backache is completely gone. My body has become very flexible and I am feeling very energetic and happy. It is all thanks to Deepa Mam, the owner of this centre. She is very knowledgeable and very patient.
