Dr Saranya mam, thank you so much for suggesting yoga. I have few about my yoga. 1. The positivity, that you are teaching every day yoga class making huge impact on my life. 2. After the yoga exercises, I can feel balanced weight, healthy walk , concentration on my mind that helps to take proper decisions. 3. Special kudos to the yoga master's whoever teaching me.
