My experience in this gym is very good . I have lost 13 kgs in 3 months because of the diet and workout plans given by prabha anna (trainer) . The trainer is too friendly he will give plans according to your needs . There is only problem in the gym is lack of power backup .

The gym is good but only concern about the power backup ,now they have arranged it soon with the power backup overall its good with amzing environment to workout

Definitely the best gym in Ponneri. Best quality equipments and good environment to workout. The trainers are very involved and the place is very well managed!!

Gear fitness and lifestyle gym is the best gym in ponneri. Best with proper equipments and facility for our daily routine workouts. I had proper experience and comfortable there . Prabha ,the master is best trainer and make more comfortable ,friendly and secure while workouts .With his guidance and proper diet plan I can able to loss more than 10 kg around 60days.Gear is the best for your style and fitness.

I was 74.5kg when I joined this gym, after 3 months I have lost 10 kg and they were very friendly and supportive coach(PRABA anna).Going to gym is my stress buster in these days. Also the gym surrounding is very peaceful and very safe for girls .We can truly trust them in safety of girls .
