His attention to detail, right from the correct usage of machines to maintaining proper posture during workouts, is commendable. Every exercise is scientifically explained, helping me understand its impact on the body, which makes the journey both effective and motivating. The gym environment is equally inspiring. Fellow members are respectful, creating a comfortable and focused atmosphere. The added support through diet advice and lifestyle modification tips is already bringing positive changes. I'm excited about the progress and can't wait to share my transformation journey!

Viswa bro is one of the most knowledgeable trainers I've ever seen, very kind and humble also he is the owner of this gym. I was given customized diet chart that suits my requirements and body conditions and the result were visible. He is one among the very few trainers who recommends only the natural nutrition and doesn't recommend artificial supplements. Karthi and Sulaiman bro are very friendly never hesitated to spot or correct my workout mistakes. Their lil bit of corrections in workouts helped me a lot in my personal progress. You're an inspiration! Keep up the good work! Vfitness is one of the best gym in pollachi area, reasons- -very spacious and airy -top class equipment and flooring standards -very well maintained equipments and is duly cleaned -sufficient parking space -RO water, sanitizer, changing room and restroom facilities.
