I was at 105kg while joining this gym and i also had pcod problem. After joining this gym I could see much of difference. I have reduced 12kgs and the trainer guided me with diet chart and motivated me for this weightloss journey

Am 110Kgs when am started my weight loss journey... Now am loss 9 kgs within 1 month but only due to the motivation of the coach - Saravanan... Ambience good... Many equipments available for both weight loss and weight gain... The music systems are too audible and I like it...Totally saying very good...

At one month great weight loss for me. While I came to gym my weight is 82kg but now 78kg. I loss 4kg weight at one month. It gives a great loss for me.
