The facility is always clean, the equipment is well-maintained, and there's a great variety for all fitness levels. The trainers are very friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. I had an amazing experience with Gym trainer Saji bro, he taught me how to use the machines, do strength workouts and most importantly the proper form of these exercises. He was encouraging and motivating, I always looked forward to our sessions twice a week. Saji bro is very knowledgeable about the machines, the workouts and what muscles/body parts they are supposed to tackle which was extremely helpful I would highly recommend Shockwave fitness studio

I have recently joined in Shock wave gym. The equipment's were excellent and the Trainer was very friendly and supporting and guiding me during the workout.
