I'm joined Sankara yoga 4 months back. It's a very good atmosphere to do yoga there and trainers(mam and sir) teaching very well they trained from basics itself.Timing also more convenient to go regularly. Even, if we absent on one day they contact us themselves. If you are looking for a yoga class to start from basics just go ahead. It's changed your normal routine to a healthy one.
