This gym is absolutely amazing--it's completely transformed my life! The four trainers here are incredibly skilled and talented. They are also very dedicated, taking extra care and putting in more effort to help me find the right activities that suit me best. They guide me on proper nutrition and keep my diet well-balanced, tailoring different workouts for different people based on their body condition and interests--whether they want to gain weight or lose it. The trainers are very friendly, like family; I even go to movies with them now, and they've truly become a part of my family and friends.They keep me on track by ensuring I don't skip any reps or sets--they always notice and make sure I complete all five variations of any exercise for 4 sets and 15 reps every day. In addition to the above-mentioned five variations, I used to do treadmill, elliptical, cycling, push-ups, double bar, pull-ups, and abs workouts daily, and they are very strict and committed to my progress. They also make me come to the gym six days a week, focusing on a different muscle group each day: chest, triceps, lats, biceps, shoulders, and legs.I've noticed a very significant change in my body and mind--thank you so much to this gym and especially all the friends I've made here, including the trainers. One thing I'd recommend to people new to gyms: I was just like you--I had never stepped into a gym before joining this one. I've been coming here for the last 7 months and can say I've shown up 90% of the days. So, if you're new to gyms, don't worry--these guys will make you feel at ease, support you to thrive in your fitness journey, and turn this into a truly awesome experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this gym!Additionally, this gym is almost never closed, even on holidays, and they are extremely punctual, opening the doors at 5:30 a.m. every morning--I used to go only in the mornings. Beyond the modern equipment, I really enjoy the sound system in the gym. They provide good drinking water facilities, and there's a board with inspiring motivational quotes updated daily. The floors, air conditioning, and lighting--everything is really well-maintained. They also offer restroom facilities and a spacious changing room, making it a fantastic experience overall.

If you want to really start a journey towards being fit & healthy then i believe this is a right place. Amazing gym and necessary equipments that you can use for . All trainers are so good and proactively they used to guide us till our exercises are completed. Its very rare to impossible to see in other gyms. They used to provide nutritional tips as well on how to keep ourselves healthy. One thing which a star point that they equally give attention to everyone no matter whether you have opted for a personal training or not. I can see the results and stamina within me. Special mention : My trainer, Vijay Master is the best.. All other trainers are also good like Raja Master and etc....
