One of the best gyms I've ever known with good ambience and well-experienced trainers. There are extensive facilities for whatever type of workout you might be into. Apart from machine workouts they also conduct circuit sessions twice every week, in which you can gain the most out of it. And most importantly the place is very clean and constantly maintained to a high standard.

I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. The master / coach (MR.SATHISH KUMAR)of the gym is really nice and experienced, he makes me feel really comfortable. The 45 min training goes super fast and i really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring.

Subscribed to personal training package and the training has been great so far. Trainer Sathish is very friendly and always motivates us. He also monitors and supports with each workouts. The diet he gave was also very practical. Highly recommended for weight loss.

This gym has got a wonderful trainer with all new modern equipments. The right place to build oneself physically & mentally. The coach so called Mr. Sathish is a very friendly person who approaches & reaches out all his clients to their needs. He has achieved a lot in various competitions in the recent past days. I have trained by Mr.Sathish Kumar for past one year and can able to see the drastic change in my body and I'm sure that this is the place highly recommended for those who are not satisfied with your body shape.The environment is safe for girls. The trainer is a power packed person in knowledge about fitness. He provide everything like diet plan, supplements and workout tips etc. that you need. Great, spacious facility with very experienced trainer all in with my journey towards being fit. With a trainer by your side, you will feel accountable for the workout and this results in consistency. You will not be in a position to skip the gym and slowly, it will become a habit.
