This gym is by far one of the best gyms that I've ever gone to. Great environment, really good hygiene and good trainers. Master Nadimuthu world champion has won many awards and is very talented and they also have another middle aged man for us to seek training from. Really very good gym. It has a lot of equipments that 2 gyms can have and the fees is very low which is the main thing for me. I highly recommend.

It's the worst gym I had ever seen... Just waste of money... They will say what ever they want just to loot money from us.. no proper trainer and no proper management... And there will be a old man who even forgets who u r even the next day so if u ask about the next day exercise he will just blabber something... Worst experience and if u really wish to build muscles kindly visit some other gym where u can find a proper trainer... I'm sure u can't find it here since that old man will forgot everything so that u can't really follow a proper technique and u will end in mixing it all

2022 was a transformative year for me and this place helped me a lot!

Nice gym to working out, but tooo hot in sunny days and tooo crowded anytime.. some legs machines are in little bad condition, except that everything is good and neat...
