Gym Review - After 1.5 Months of Training I joined the gym 1.5 months ago with the goal of building muscle and improving my overall strength. As a beginner, this is my first time working out in a gym, and the experience has been both positive and motivating. Trainer Nishanth Sivan provided excellent guidance from the beginning, introducing me to foundational workouts and clearly explaining the purpose of each exercise and the muscles targeted. He also emphasized the importance of a naturally nutritious diet to support my fitness goals. If you're new to fitness and seeking a supportive environment, I highly recommend this gym, especially if you're in or around the Pannimadai area. The equipment is well-maintained and beginner-friendly, and the overall setup allows for a smooth learning curve. The atmosphere here is welcoming--other gym members are friendly and often offer help during workouts. Recently, two more trainers have joined the team, and they continue to uphold the same supportive attitude that makes training here enjoyable and effective.
