The workouts are fun , the trainers are incredibly friendly and qualified. The workouts are led by trainers who give hands on instant feedbacks and adjustments in positions during the workout. Diverse group classes , equipments in good condition and people are nice to one another like in a friendly community. It's a good place to start off with.

It's been a month I joined Spashfit.. I felt just wowwww..!! Within a week I started to feel how the workout helps to strengthen our body. Initially I got pain because of workouts, but I started to loving it. Daily I'm being motivated by my trainers, now I can't start my day without workouts. All the trainers are too friendly in nature and also they will analyse the capabilities of each person. For that my special thanks to Trainers Sakthi bro, Arun bro and Sathish bro. This lock down and work from home culture made me very lazy person. But now a days I'm feeling so much energetic, my day become productive, I improved my healthy food intake. All because of Spashfit Fitness Center. Spashfit is the perfect place to start your healthy life style..!! One suggestion is extend the space...

Hello friends! I am from Palladam. I had spinal card problem after joining spashfit, It was amazing...I totally cured form the pain and reduced wait also. Fee also is very affordable. Very genuine trainers and like our family members. They always keep motivating us. We can feel positive vibrates in every where while doing exercise. Friend ...it is a perfect place for your fitness...100 worthful. Never miss it!

From last 10 months, I'm being member of this gym along with my family members. I personally like this gym very much. There is no such perfect and decent unisex Fitness centre available in palladam area, very friendly gym. There are three specialist here, 1. Sakthi - Diat, Workout planing, Physio 2. Arun - Expert in Cardiology 3. Sathis - Good in machine training I like the way they treat the persons and taking care of their fitness trainings Area of improve : --------------------------- If they made the below changes in the gym means, it would be the top class gym in palladam surrounding 1. Extend the gym space with few more machinaries, 2. Seperate Space for Cardio trainings 3. Convenient Gym timings for workouts Overall as customer, im very much satisfied with my fitness result.
