We have attended one section, which was very refreshing and he has shown the difference in our breathing before and after the section. He was explaining all the benefits of each position we done. Must attend his classes for a healthy future life.

I had a wonderful experience at this yoga academy! Karthikeyan master is incredibly knowledgeable and he corrected every posture, with patience. It's an ideal place for beginners, especially for those looking to make positive lifestyle changes. He is very patient and friendly with kids. I'd highly recommend this place to everyone--from kids to seniors.

Excellent place for wellness ,and hospital free life.even pregnant women came here for 3 months yoga and got normal delivery it's a surprise.Yoga master Karthick very kind and focus on each and every one for fitness.my mother at 70 not able to sit in the floor and fold legs ...after coming here she is sitting in the floor and able to fold legs very easily ... Any one can do here from kids to elderly person can do and basic of this Hospital free life for ever and live healthier...thank you master Karthick for this wonderful yoga training

For more than a year, I had spinal cord problem. Disc bulge at 3 locations in L & C regions. The doc suggested medications which will cause utter drowsiness n at the worst case there may be a need for surgery. I consulted my family general physician. He advised stretching exercises like yoga. I asked for a good trainer who could understand my needs, will not hurry up n most importantly will not thrust all his talents on me. Dr Naveen suggested Master Karthi of Universe Yoga Academy. I was hesitant to join as the yoga postures scared me whether I could do it. But my agony forced me to join 2 months back. The master initially gave Varma n foot treatments. Then he started yoga training. Initially I found it much harder. All the muscles exhibited stretching pain. The master slowly n carefully corrected my postures. Now I'm happy that I could do many of the postures with much ease. He constantly watches us n makes corrections then n there. Now I almost got rid of my back ache. Only very occasional pain n that will also vanish soon on continuous practice. Thanks to Dr Naveen n Master Karthi.

The class is superb. Knowledge of karthikeyan sir is definitely a step ahead. With every yogasan sir just like a doctor understands the what's and how's of student and provide remedies accordingly. Universe yoga academy is the best place to try learning yoga.
