Best gym I had ever gone all the trainers are really friendly we can freely talk to them and under their guidance I had changed my physique with of consistent training and diet (naturally)

While I have given good ratings when satisfied with your service, but I am not happy with the experience. If the trainers are not available at the scheduled time, it is your responsibility to inform us in advance. That's basic customer service. Also, you mentioned "Googling" digital marketing. I paid for gym services, not for lessons on digital marketing. Focus on teaching me the workouts properly first--then maybe we can talk about digital marketing. There's no need to instruct me on how to promote myself, that's none of your business. I'm not your enemy, i'm your customer. So, expecting proper service.

Really good trainers but they are not available at 8 to 9 or 9:30. Other time they are busy for video making. If you really want to make gym videos pls join this gym right now. Totally it's a not gym it's a gym studio. For beginners keep away from this gym.
