Hey everyone! Been training at 3rd generation gym for some time and it is really has the best instruments and trainers. Mr Vignesh trains me everyday for HIIT and is very good at it. He is motivating, knowledgeable and genuinely cares about the client's progress. Thanks to his guidance, I feel good improvement in my overall fitness and endurance. Overall the 3rd generation gym provides and exceptional fitness experience with its quality machines and motivating atmosphere.
