I recently joined harry fitness WFH program for wight loss. They are giving proper nutrition diet plan and weekly thrice workout through online. our coach hari very well trained and professional. He is very friendly and taking good care and help us to follow the workouts without any hurdles. Joined Harry Fitness, during first week of February 2022 after hearing lot of good things about it from my friends. Within few days realized that I made a right decision. WFG program is very nice we can attend classes in home or wherever for floor exercises. Best thing happened to me is I got Mr. Hari as my trainer. He has drafted a good weekly schedule based on my current body conditions and my expectation/requirements. He helps me during day to day workouts and pushes me to do better than previous time. Mr. Hari is one of the best asset for Harry Fitness.

This WFH program is a good choice for those who are looking upto become fit and healthy. I seriously feel so grateful that I am a part of the harry fitness family. It's been 2 months now using this program. There are good and experienced diet,workout. I've lost 7kg in 2 months with just homemade food and working out regularly.. There's no rocket science in being fit. My experience says that you just need to be consistent.. I never felt tired or bored, infact I love what I'm doing. In case one feels tired, the key is to take rest and not to quit. Overall HARRY FITNESS (WFH) is a great program I've ever used and it's super helpful :)

WFH (Workout from home) is the best program I ever did in life for fat loss. Best thing is we never need gym for this program we can do in home or wherever. I have reduced my weight 11 kg weight in 3 months. I tried so many weight loss ways in outside, this program was best for weight loss and weight strengthen. The trainers are well experienced. Trainer Hari doing good, He manages every one and provide correct follow up and hopeful guide to every one. Every one motivated well, They gave best diet chart and maintain the correct follow up in work out on daily basis. Now I feel very happy, I hope I will reduce more weight. Not only weight they focus on fat loss and BMI as well. Based on daily follow up on what we eat daily. Over all good.
