After my pregnancy I lost my flexibility and very slow down in my daily activities ...so I joined in vivekanand yoga class ,now I am feeling very much better and good improvement in all activities Every morning yoga class makes my day more energetic and physically strong . It's a right place for practising yoga. The class is very good and also very relaxing. Ragu sir has depth knowledge and experience in teaching yoga. His classes have been effective and incredibly helpful and supportive.

Excellent..He is excellent in teaching yoga with right postures and telling amazing stories to be stay more positivity and happiness. After joining in Ragu sir's yoga class, I feel so refresh and positive for the entire day.Also, feeling more flexible. Especially for IT guys or those who sit and working for a long time, his yoga classes very very useful. The way he teaches yoga is very smart and to be very easy to do.
